Over the weekend, our founder had the honor of being a panelist at the 2023 Women of Isenberg Conference at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The WOI Conference is an incredible event that promotes women empowerment and inspiration through engaging panels, workshops, and networking opportunities with industry leaders.
On the panel titled “What to do When Your Briefcase is too Full,” she discussed the importance of being mindful of your commitments and not letting them negatively affect your well-being. She emphasized the significance of identifying your non-negotiables – the passions and values that we refuse to compromise – in order to maximize our potential for success.
