Each participant in the program will be paired with a mentor via the online platform. Mentors will provide guidance, knowledge transfer, development opportunities, and career exposure to mentees.
The mentor mixer will be an introductory event where mentors and mentees in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area can meet in person. This will encourage the mentors and mentees to socialize and form a relationship before continuing the program virtually.
