Win in STEM Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit foundation whose mission is to provide the support, mentorship, and opportunities for minorities pursuing a career in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
To ensure that the number of minorities in engineering continues to rise, we must prepare the upcoming generation with skills, experience, and confidence. Win in STEM offers a new way to facilitate powerful mentorship relationships through an innovative, interactive online platform that connects experienced professionals with STEM students to provide coaching, feedback, developmental experiences, and career exposure.
